Sangeeta Bijlani, an Indian former Bollywood actress and Miss India winner in 1980, was born on July 9, 1960. She made her Bollywood debut in 1988 with the film Qatil and was one of the three female leads in the film Tridev (1989). Bijlani made her Bollywood debut in 1987 with the film Qatil, in which she starred alongside Aditya Pancholi, and went on to star in films such as Tridev, Hathyar, Jurm, Yodha, Yugandhar, Izzat, and Lakshman Rekha. She starred opposite Vishnu Vardhan in a multilingual film in Hindi and Kannada. Jurm, which she co-starred in with Vinod Khanna and was directed by Mahesh Bhatt and authored by Salim Khan, earned her a Filmfare Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Mahesh Bhatt, Mukul Anand, J.P. Dutta, Rahul Rawail, and N. Chandra are among her other collaborators.
